Foster has over 22 years of strategic development, managerial and operational experience including: Community and regional banking, asset management, financial product development and stakeholder engagement strategies relative to US Emerging Markets. Foster founded one of the first federally-chartered commercial banks in the country focused on the US Hispanic market in Denver, Colorado. As Principal of a management consulting firm, Foster served as Subject Matter Expert to a US Federal Agency providing recommendations and due diligence on a financial platform focused on US underserved markets and mobile banking technologies. Foster also led an advisory team with compliance and assessment recommendations for New York City’s Department of Finance oversight of the 2012 Responsible Banking Act.
