Scientific Botanical Leasing announces that its North Central Phoenix retail dispensary is currently under construction. The dispensary was awarded and will service the North Phoenix territory encompassing approximately 138 square miles straddling the I-17 Freeway North of the 101 Freeway. The dispensary is located on Happy Valley Rd. and 7th Avenue approximately 1-1/2 miles from the I-17 Freeway and a 500,000 square foot outdoor shopping mall.

The dispensary is supported with products produced at the company’s state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot cultivation and product manufacturing facility located 2 miles South at the Deer Valley Airport, in Phoenix.

Both the North Phoenix dispensary and cultivation facility are slated to come on line August 1, 2015. Inquiries welcome.
